Martinsville, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation will host a public information meeting to share design additions and adjustments to the Martinsville segment of I-69 Section 6 that have been made since the publication of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) in February.
The informational meeting will be held on Monday, Sept. 17 in the auditorium at Martinsville High School, 1360 E. Gray Street in Martinsville. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with a presentation at 6:30. Members of the I-69 Section 6 project team will be available before and after the presentation.
Design details presented at the public information meeting will be summarized and published in a re-evaluation report, which will be posted with other project documents to the I-69 Section 6 website: https://www.in.gov/indot/projects/i69/2344.htm. Comments about the content of the re-evaluation report will be accepted until Friday, September 28, 2018.
Comments can be submitted during the meeting via a comment form or by recording comments with a court reporter. After the meeting comments can be submitted using a web form at www.in.gov/indot/projects/i69/2463.htm or by emailing I-69 Section 6 directly at section6pm@indot.in.gov.
