Indianapolis Man Arrested for Intimidation

Indianapolis, IN – Detectives from the Indiana State Police are investigating a series of violent threats toward a Judge and case workers from the Department of Child Services.

According to a probable cause affidavit, 28 year old Christopher Peacock of Indianapolis has allegedly sent threatening messages inferring violence toward several people involved with a child welfare case including a Marion County Judge. Yesterday State Police Detectives arrested Peacock on the accusation of intimidation. He is currently held in the Marion County Jail. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and determine formal charges.

All suspects are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
