On Tuesday May 3, 2016 Officers working for IMPD were dispatched to 5932 Cedar Lake Drive on the report of shots fired at 12:05P.M.
Officers Christopher Sherrell F153 and George Rossman F154 arrived on scene at 12:11P.M. and found the front door of the residence wide open. Looking through the glass storm door officers observed a black male laying on the floor in the front living area then entered to check on him. The male positively identified as 22-year-old Tyler Oneal Wright was already deceased at that time.
After the officers cleared the residence to make sure there were no other victims inside Pike Township Medic # 64 EMS # 2465 entered the scene. At 12:22P.M. Pike Medic David Estes pronounced the individual as deceased.
A blue car possibly involved in the incident was located parked in front of 5249 Lakeside Manor Drive a short time later.
A warrant for murder and carrying a handgun without a license was issued on 05-05-2016 for the arrest of Keion Robinson, B/M, Date of Birth 04-19-1996. Keion Robinson was last seen in the area of 40th and Boulevard Pl. two months ago. Keion Robinson could be in Indianapolis, Macon Georgia or somewhere in between.
