Indianapolis – On July 7th, 2016, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) homicide detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of 21-year-old Indianapolis resident, Kaijuan Julius, for the Murder of 36-year-old Dennis Vaughn, back on September 30th, 2015. Members of IMPD Violent Crimes Unit located and made apprehension of Julius for the warrant earlier today without incident. Julius was also charged with Possession of a Handgun without a license under that same warrant.
