IMPD Covert Robbery Detectives arrest man and woman for a series of robberies

INDIANAPOLIS – On October 6th, 2020, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s (IMPD) Covert Robbery Unit investigated a series of business robberies in which a white male armed with a semi-automatic pistol was committing robberies of several Game Stops, Dollar Generals, Subway Restaurants, and gas stations. Using many investigative tactics, detectives developed 34-year-old Andrew Mosier and 30-year-old Kristen Mosier as both suspects. Investigators, with the help of IMPD SWAT, took Andrew and Kristen into custody in the 6300 block of Gray Road.

A search warrant was sought and granted for the suspect’s vehicle and residence. Investigators also located evidence during the search warrant of the residence.

Andrew Mosier and Kristen Mosier were arrested for robbery level 3 and transported to the Marion County Jail.

A charge of a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
