I-465 & US 421 Ramps Closed This Afternoon for Deputy Pickett’s Procession

This afternoon, all ramps at the I-465 and US 421 (Michigan Road) interchange are expected to be closed in the afternoon for a brief period of time.

The closure is taking place in order to ensure that appropriate respect is provided during Deputy Jacob Pickett’s post-funeral Honor Route, which travels down US 421, also known as Michigan Road.

The closure is expected to take place after 4:00 pm on March 9th and should have a minimal impact on traffic in the area, with the closure duration expected to last around five to 20 minutes.

The funeral procession will start at Connection Point Church in Brownsburg and then pass through Lebanon and end at Crown Hill Cemetery, where the fallen officer will be laid to rest.
