The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the assistance of the community in locating a male who is currently wanted on a warrant for Murder. The warrant stems from the December 18, 2024, murder of 22 year old Jarell Spires on Fairmount Ct in Avon. A comprehensive investigation has led to a murder charge being filed against Dekovan Smith, 19, of Indianapolis.
