Brownsburg – The last day of 2018 saw the opening of the first Culvers in Brownsburg. Several members from the Town of Brownsburg as well as the Brownsburg Chamber of commerce were on hand on December 31st at 9am for the ribbon cutting. New and first time owner Jared Goodnight gave a speech that expressed his emotion about owning his own restaurant at the opening ceremony. And later told WYRZ why he chose Brownsburg.

Jared Goodnight

I’m originally from the Kokomo area. I have family that lives down in this area. I’ve always loved being in Indiana. My wife is from Michigan, so being down here and nice neighborhoods, nice towns, good family feel is exactly what Culver’s is. It’s about families and kids. When they said this is one of the options that we could be looking at, I thought to myself  that this was the place I wanted to be because that’s  going to be perfect for people bringing their kids and that’s just being a part of the community.

The new Culver’s is located at 1225 North Green Street next to Crew Car Wash in Brownsburg and is now open from 10am to midnight seven days a week.
