Brownsburg manufacturing company acquires local business

INDIANAPOLIS – Brownsburg-based Fab2Order announced it has acquired Monrovia-based Machine2Order (formerly Winners Circle Engineering), a precision machining company. Fab2Order, a metal fabrication company located in the Brownsburg Eaglepoint Business Park, moved Machine2Order and its current employees to the business park with an expansion that increased Fab2Order’s facility size.

“We saw an opportunity for continued growth into the machining industry,” said Jason Greeson, Fab2Order co-founder and CEO. “We are now able to offer our customers both metal fabrication and precision machining, and can determine which is the most cost effective option for each customer and project individually.”

Fab2Order, founded in 2000, began with one employee, one customer and $350,000 in sales and has grown into an organization with more than 40 employees, over 400 customers and seven million in sales last year.

All Machine2Order employees are now employed in Brownsburg. Fab2Order has invested $1.2 million to grow Machine2Order through new equipment, facilities, human capital and the business acquisition. Machine2Order is also planning to add new talent to grow the machining operation.

Prior to the acquisition, Winners Circle Engineering operated in Monrovia for the past 30 years. The two companies will remain separate divisions next door to each other with specific managers. Greeson will remain as the CEO for both divisions.
