INDIANAPOLIS – On March 22, 2018, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide Detectives arrested 48 year-old Jason Hancock of Brownsburg, IN for his alleged involvement in the murder of Michael Marks.
Just after 7:30 a.m. on 03/21/2018, Homicide detectives were conducting a follow-up on an investigation when they discovered the body of a deceased male inside a building on the city’s west side. The victim was later identified as 41 year old Michael Marks.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will make the final charging decision. Additionally, the Probable Cause Affidavit will be available after their process is complete.
