Indianapolis, IN- Four individuals from the Chicago area are arrested and in the Marion County Arrestee Processing Center today after allegedly being involved with drugs and credit card fraud.
December 29th, 2015, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers from the Indiana State Police and Department of Homeland Security Investigations were conducting an investigation at a hotel located at 8325 Bash Street, Indianapolis. During the course of the investigation officers learned that a person wanted on an outstanding warrant, Harry Taylor, 58, of Chicago had rented rooms 140 and 144.
Officers located Mr. Taylor in room 140 along with another male identified as Victor Reed, 59, of Chicago. Further investigation located suspected heroin, a computer, printer, several multi-state drivers’ license card stock and blank cards for printing driver’s licenses. Inside room 144 officers located two individuals identified as Louis Tee Berry, 48 and Stephanie Watson, 24, both of Chicago.
All four individuals were arrested for Fraud, a level 6 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Taylor also faces Possession of Heroin and the failure to appear warrant out of Lake County.
