Detectives seek public’s help in locating suspects responsible for burning dog to death

INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating those responsible for burning a dog to death and dumping it at vacant lot.

The dog was found burned in an abandoned shed behind 2600 Lincoln Ave by an inspector from Business and Neighborhood Services on 12-13-2018, who was there to secure the location.  The location was inspected on 11-28-2018 and the dog was not in the shed.  The dog was burned at another location and then dumped in the shed. The dog is described as a German Shepherd Mix male that is about 1 years old.  It is believed the dog may have been brown.
