State Road 267 will close Thursday just south of County Road 1000 North

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a short section of State Road 267 will close Thursday, July 8 from just south of C.R. 1000 N. to C.R. 750 E. The contractor will be milling and resurfacing this area from approximately 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., weather permitting.  Traffic will be detoured on the county roads.

The resurfacing project spans from just south of I-65 at Indianapolis Road to just south of Highland Green Drive, which is 1.5 miles north of I-74. This is scheduled to be completed August 31.

Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc. was awarded the $3.3 million contract. This project also included installing the traffic signal at the intersection of S.R. 267 at County Road 1000 North.
