The Hendricks County Community Foundation (HCCF) would like to congratulate the seven graduates of its Marketing & Social Media Learning Series, each of whom attended all four sessions of this series: Marketing Fundamentals, Executing your Brand, Social Media for Nonprofits, and Digital Fundraising Campaigns that Work. The series was presented by CVR and Circle Social, Inc. to a group of local nonprofit leaders, staff and volunteers.

For the past 4 years, HCCF has focused its unrestricted grantmaking on nonprofit capacity building. Generally defined as strengthening management systems and governance, capacity building grants recognize that organizations need to build effective management, governance, marketing and sustainability as well as programs. As part of its capacity building programming, HCCF offered strategic and regular opportunities for nonprofits in and serving our community to learn best practices and network with their peers. “HCCF is grateful for the opportunity to further serve and influence our community through nonprofit learning programs,” says William Rhodehamel, HCCF President and CEO. “Thank you for your dedication to expanding your education, growing your organization, and aiding in a better community for us all!”

The Hendricks County Community Foundation partners with generous people to realize their charitable goals while addressing community needs in meaningful and lasting ways.  The Community Foundation manages assets of over $14 million in a collection of funds created by individuals, families, businesses and organizations for charitable purposes. In 2018, the Community Foundation gave over $590,000 in grants to charitable organizations and scholarships to local students.
