INDIANAPOLIS (April 9, 2018) — Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson will kick off early voting for the May Primary Election by casting an in-person absentee ballot at the Hendricks County Government Center. She will be accompanied by her mother, Naomi Mynatt.
