The DNR has placed a No Motorized Watercraft restriction on the West Lakes Chain in Noble County until further notice.
The West Lakes Chain consists of Waldron, Steinbarger, Tamarack and Jones lakes.
With the current high-water level, numerous homes have water up on the foundations and approaching the front door thresholds. Motorboat operation, regardless of speed, may cause continued property damage.
