The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulations will primarily be on grassy and elevated surfaces, but localized slick spots cannot be ruled out, primarily on bridges and overpasses, or during the heaviest snow showers.
