INDIANAPOLIS- On Friday, February 19, 2021 the Indianapolis Crime Gun Intelligence Center (CGIC), received information that 29-year-old Georden Easter was in possession of illegal firearms in the 3700 block of Rockville Road. Investigators were granted a search warrant for 3748 Rockville Road. During the investigation, officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle allegedly connected to Easter. Easter was taken into custody without incident with the assistance of IMPD Southwest District officers.
CGIC detectives then served the warrant at 3748 Rockville Road. Detectives then applied for and were granted a second search warrant for Mr. Easter’s vehicle. The following evidence was discovered during the investigation:
- Ammunition
- Firearms Accessories
- Black Core AR-15 Rifle
- Tisas PX-9 Handgun
- Dickson Shotgun
Georden Easter was transported to the Marion County Jail and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person (18USC-922G).
