HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces State Road 39 will close Monday, May 4 at 9 a.m. at the railroad tracks in Lizton. The roadway is scheduled to reopen by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, weather permitting. This is for CSX Railroad to repair the crossing.
The official detour follows U.S. 136 to S.R. 75 to I-74 and back to S.R. 39.
