MPD Detectives Make Arrest in Double Homicide

INDIANAPOLIS – On May 11, 2020, just before 9:45 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers were dispatched to 5632 Portsmouth Ave. on a person stabbed.  When officers arrived, they located three people suffering from injuries consistent with stab or puncture type wounds.  Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services (IEMS) responded and pronounced an adult female, identified as 24-year-old Victoria Cook deceased at the scene.  IEMS transported two people, identified as 28-year-old Dylan Dickover and 33-year-old Elizabeth McKugh to Eskenazi hospital in critical condition.  Dylan Dickover was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital.  Elizabeth McKugh continues to recover from her injuries.

Homicide detectives responded and immediately began canvassing the area for witnesses.  

The Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency responded to assist in identifying and collecting potential forensic evidence. The Marion County Coroner’s Office will be assisting and will determine the exact manner and cause of death.

On May 23, 2020 Homicide detectives arrested 28-year-old Kristen Wolf for her role in this incident.  The Marion County Prosecutors Office will review the case and make a charging decision.

A charge of a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
