County Road closures over I-74 occur in early April

BOONE AND HENDRICKS COUNTIES, Ind.-The Indiana Department of Transportation announces Boone County Road 1100 West and Hendricks County Road 200 West over I-74  will close on or after Monday, April 1.  The contractor will be overlaying the bridge decks.  These closures are scheduled to last through early August.

This project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction for $11.2 million. This project resurfaced I-74 from approximately five miles east of State Road 32 or the 44 mile marker to just east of the Lizton Exit 58 and includes overlay of six bridges.

INDOT reminds motorists to follow the posted work zone speed limit, use caution and consider worker safety when traveling through a construction zone.
