Brownsburg Seeks Public Input in a Survey for the New Brownsburg Transportation Plan

The Town of Brownsburg will be updating and consolidating the 2009 Thoroughfare Plan and 2014 Active Transportation Plan into a single comprehensive document. An open house was held Dec. 16 to gain public input.

Town leaders use the plan to assist them in assessing and improving the transportation system in support of long-term growth and quality of life. The plan will include a Thoroughfare Plan, a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, as well as adopt principles of access management.

The Transportation Plan study area includes the Town of Brownsburg, Lincoln Township, and Brown Township. This 5-minute survey should be taken by residents, workers, and visitors to the study area.

  1. Very biased survey for how they want to spend the money. Work on investment that promotes flow and ease of use that brings in businesses not costly amenities with on-going maintenance. Don’t waste on stupid bulldog signs either.
