Brownsburg Fire Territory and Police Department available as warming centers

Brownsburg Fire Territory is offering a warming station for individuals needing a warm place to seek shelter over the next few days.

Brownsburg Fire Headquarters will be available from 7:00am to 9:00pm on Wednesday, January 30th thru Friday, February 1st. Individuals seeking shelter can report to the rear doors at 470 E. Northfield Drive during these hours.

Unfortunately we are not able to shelter pets at this location, but we will have accommodations available to keep individuals safe and out of the weather during these hours of operation.

The Brownsburg Police Department announced this morning via their Facebook page that the Brownsburg Police Department lobby is open 24 hours a day if you find yourself in critical need of immediate and brief shelter from the cold or if you need to contact the dispatch center via the direct line phone located within regarding resources or police services.
