INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation will close the Meridian St ramp interchange in downtown Indianapolis.
The closure will begin after the Indianapolis Colts home game on Monday morning around 4 a.m.
The closure will stay in place until Friday, September 27 at 6 a.m.
The ramps closed will include:
- I-70 WB to Meridian St.
- I-70 EB to Meridian St.
- Meridian St. to I-70 EB
- Meridian St. to I-70 WB
Contractors will be repairing winter damage. They will strengthen the ramps by full depth patching and joint repair.
Detour
During the ramp closure, drivers can use Harding St. or West St. to get on and off I-70 EB and WB to get to and from downtown Indianapolis.
