Two charges of criminal recklessness were filed against Rodriguez. A charge of criminal recklessness with a firearm and criminal recklessness with a motor vehicle, both level 6 felonies.
This is an ongoing investigation and troopers are working with IMPD investigators to determine the actions that lead up the chase and crash.
