Governor Pence Directs Flags Be Flown at Half-staff to Honor Justice Scalia

Indianapolis – In accordance with a presidential proclamation issued late Saturday evening, Governor Mike Pence has directed that flags at state facilities statewide be flown at half-staff to honor the service of United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away yesterday. Flags should be flown at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on the day of interment.

Governor Pence also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff to honor Justice Scalia for his service to the United States.
