FISHERS, Ind. (Feb. 16, 2017) – Iconic Digital Marketing, a full-service digital marketing firm, announced plans today to expand its operations in Indiana, establishing a new office in Fishers after growing its business in one of Indiana’s nearly 40 co-working and innovation spaces. As part of its growth, the company plans to create up to 51 new jobs by 2021.

As we work to take Indiana to the next level, we must provide the support and resources needed to propel companies like Iconic Digital Marketing that are, in turn, helping to build our workforce and create new Hoosier jobs.”
Founded in 2014, the homegrown Hoosier company specializes in creating designs with a strategic impact for its clients. Since its establishment, Iconic Digital Marketing has grown its client base sevenfold and has increased its sales by 50 percent in the last year. With its growth, the company, which currently rents space at Launch Fishers, is moving into its own 1,900-squre-foot office near Fishers’ Nickle Plate District and plans to open the new office and hold a grand opening in March.
“The new office will allow us to increase the size of our team,” said Jason Hutcheson, president and chief executive officer of Iconic Digital Marketing. “We have a lot of demand, and we are excited that we will now have the space to hire new team members to keep up.”
The company’s larger office, which is more than nine times larger than its current space, will allow it to continue expanding its client base. Iconic Digital Marketing, which currently employs of seven associates, plans to post jobs in March for WordPress front end developers, sales professionals and digital marketing professionals. In the coming months, the company will be hiring creative professionals, including graphic designers, marketing strategists and content writers. Interested applicants may apply online.

Iconic Digital Marketing focueses on branding, website design, creative design, marketing consulting and marketing automation. The company has worked with large companies like Cummins, as well as local organizations such as Nickel Plate Arts and Hamilton East Public Library.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Iconic Digital Marketing LLC up to $250,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $25,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Fishers supports the project.

Iconic Digital Marketing’s growth comes as Indiana continues its efforts to grow as a 21st century innovation leader. Technology jobs in the Indianapolis area experienced the fifth fastest growth rate in the nation, growing at a rate of 27.9 percent from 2013 to 2015. Continuing to grow Indiana as a magnet for job creation is an important part of Governor Eric J. Holcomb’s 2017 Next Level Legislative Agenda, which proposes accelerating this momentum across the state by investing $1 billion over the next 10 years to make Indiana the capital of innovation and entrepreneurship.
