Brownsburg senior Aliyah Walker signs with Ball State to play basketball

Brownsburg senior Aliyah Walker has just begun her senior season with the Bulldogs and has signed to continue her education and play basketball at Ball State University.  Aliyah is a 1000 point career scorer and on course to be Brownsburg High School’s all-time leading rebounder.  BHS head girls basketball coach Debbie Guckenberger says, “Athletes like Aliyah make a coach’s job so much easier.  It’s great when your best players are your hardest workers, want to be coached, and then understand that we hold them to the highest expectations. Aliyah is always accountable. Aliyah will be a great addition to the team at Ball State University.  Her character, work ethic, and leadership skills will allow her to succeed at the next level.”
